Good Sam is now hiring a Marketing Manager, Memberships & Services to be based in our Bowling Green, KY corporate office.

The Marketing Manager, Memberships & Services will provide overall marketing management for the Good Sam Club & select memberships & services marketed to Camping World, Gander Outdoors, Overton's and Good Sam customers. This role will be responsible for the development of the strategy, marketing, operational implementation and administrative support of the Good Sam Club & select membership programs & service products.

Essential Duties and Functions:

  • Develop and implement strategic renewal and acquisition campaigns through all channels including retail, direct channel, partnerships and direct mail

  • Oversee implementation of cross-promotional marketing efforts throughout Camping World, Gander Outdoors, Overton's, Good Sam Enterprises and other partners

  • Responsible for determining overall positioning and effectively communicating the value of memberships & services to potential and existing customers

  • Oversee marketing analysis and reporting activity relative to activities and modify program elements to provide the best overall strategy and profit scenarios

  • Develop and execute the overall strategic and tactical business plan with the objective of increasing memberships & services enrollment and maximizing memberships & services revenue

  • Assistance in the development and management of annual budgets

  • Responsible for management and reporting of expense and revenue performance versus budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

  • Oversee membership & services fulfillment processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business-related field

  • 7+ years of marketing experience

  • Membership / Continuity marketing experience a plus

  • Print, Online and Direct mail marketing experience

  • Strong knowledge of PCs, Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook

  • Strong project management skills

  • Must be detailed-oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, communicate with management employees and vendors, follow with precision directions and guidelines

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and have flexibility in major changes to projects and schedules

  • Willingness to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management
