Camping World HR Operations Compliance Analyst in Chicago, Illinois
As a HR Operations Compliance Analyst, you will serve as the compliance point of contact in the HR Operations team. This role will support key compliance related processes, audit related activities and required compliance reporting. This role will have close working relationships with HR, legal and payroll colleagues.
What You'll Do:
HR Operations
Manage Form I-9 and E-Verify processes ensuring timely and accurate completion
Gather requested employment documentation for legal requests
Support digitalization of employee files ensuring accurate and complete content
Policies/Legislation
Take action required for regulatory compliance updates such as policy or process changes, communication and issuing/tracking employee acknowledgements
Manage labor law poster compliance requirements and ensure that all posters are displayed across our locations
Keep up to date with company handbook and policies. Post new and updated policies and procedures
Audits
Manage internal and external audit process. Collaborate with HCM process owners to review the maintenance of required compliance documentation and internal controls practices. Review controls for certification and respond to audit requests.
Mitigate non-compliance trends and audit gaps through remediation
Audit employee and job data ensuring data integrity and close data gaps
Reporting
Track compliance activities, such as acknowledgements, and report on completion. Action plans for non-compliance.
Prepare and submit required internal and external compliance reporting
What You'll Need to Have for the Role
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
2 years of HR experience with a focus on administrative and compliance activities
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements, including I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
Experience in audits and controls a plus
Proficiency in MS office including intermediate Excel skills for reporting
Workday experience a strong plus
Attention to detail driving data integrity and accurate reporting
Collaborative working style with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to sit or stand at a desk, type and visually use a computer for prolonged periods of time
Ability to communicate on a telephone and in group meetings on a computer
Pay Range:
$55,335.00-$83,055.00 Annual
