We have an excellent opportunity available for high-energy and motivated sales professionals in our Englewood, CO call center. This is an outstanding role for a creative, solution-oriented professional with strong sales and communications skills.

Job Duties:

  • Utilize both outbound and inbound sales skills to engage, build rapport, create value sales presentation for new and renewal opportunities, and increase the membership base.

  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills to overcome prospect objections.

  • Ensure member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and establishing long term member relationships.

  • Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Follow and work within an effective and concise sales process.

  • Demonstrate the ability to meet quality assurance guidelines on each call.

  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

  • Two years of call center customer care experience; one year of inside sales experience preferred.

  • Insurance (Property and Casualty) background preferred.

  • Comprehensive computer skills required.

  • Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License within a specific time frame.

  • Must have demonstrated abilities to convert and close sales opportunities.

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels of the business.

  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
