Good Sam is now hiring a Vice President -- Extended Warranty Products to be based in our Englewood, CO Headquarters. This position will have full P&L responsibilities for Affinity Brokerage LLC, including the Good Sam Extended Service Plan, Ford Continued Service Program, Mopar Vehicle Warranty Extended Program and Good Sam Life and Health products.

Essential Functions:

  • Overall responsibility for strategic direction and oversight of all operations

  • Direct and supervise the growth of existing programs

  • Develop and implement new marketing and sales channels in coordination with Marketing, Sales and Admin team as well as insurers

  • Development and implementation of the annual Operations budget and revenue goals

  • Develop and analyze financial and operational reports

  • Manage relationships and agreements with outside business partners and clients including Insurers, OEM partners, and administrators

  • Work with in-house Finance, IT, Database and Fulfillment teams to meet operational objectives

  • Set goals, monitor work, and evaluate results of direct reports to ensure that departmental objectives and operating requirements are met

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Experience in a leadership role in the Insurance or Warranty space

  • 10+ experience in Insurance or Warranty Operations

  • Understanding of insurance accounting, operations and compliance

  • Property and Casualty and Surplus Lines Insurance Licenses are a plus and will be a job requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

  • Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of staff, as well as external customers

  • Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail, with excellent follow-up, as well as strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Some travel required
