Camping World and Good Sam Business Analyst - Apparel in Lakeville, Minnesota

The Business Analyst will implement and replenish inventory, utilize data to analyze sales trends to forecast and support retail and e-commerce inventory needs, in addition to managing to company KPI within an open-to-buy budget. You will work closely with merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce and store operations in addition to our vendor partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage inventory flow and replenishment to optimize retail in-stocks within an OTB budget

  • Analyze sales trends, and forecast product demand to support inventory needs

  • Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure inventory demand is forecasted, and orders are tracked and delivered on time.

  • Analyze business trends and help develop and implement process improvements

  • Support E-Commerce sales and backorder resolution for our online channels

  • Work with lead analyst to develop best business practices and KPI measurements

  • Manage replenishment parameters to optimize retail inventory needs with "just in time" inventory.

  • Reports to the Director of Inventory

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Finance or Retail Merchandising; 2-3 years of applicable work experience in a retail setting or an internship in a similar retail business setting

  • Ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Apparel and Accessories.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and other PC applications

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Assertive with strong initiative and willing to learn and grow in a fast paced, ever changing retail environment

  • Demonstrated organizing and prioritizing skills, attention to detail, and initiative in completing tasks in a timely and reliable manner.

  • Strong communication skills to support teamwork, as well as contact with stores, vendors, and merchants.
