Camping World Group Product Manager, Internal Products in Lincolnshire, Illinois
The Internal Products Group Product Manager will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of a suite of internal tools and platforms, with a particular focus on CRMs, internal service products, and dealership operations systems. You will serve as the main point of contact for all internal product requests across the organization, centralizing priorities, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure that business objectives are met and operational efficiencies are maximized.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability.
Internal Product Strategy : Define and prioritize the product roadmap for internal tools and systems, ensuring that product development aligns with the business objectives and addresses the needs of internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal product requests across the business. Work closely with teams including Service, Dealership Operations, Call Center, Sales, and IT to gather requirements, define product needs, and prioritize work based on impact and business value.
CRM Platform Oversight : Manage and optimize our CRM for various teams across the business (e.g., Service, Sales, Used Unit Procurement). Oversee the integration and alignment of Salesforce with other internal tools and systems used by various teams.
Service Operations : Work directly with Service Dealership teams to understand their workflows and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through internal product enhancements. Drive adoption and usage of internal tools, providing training and support as necessary.
Call Center Applications : Manage and enhance the tools used by the Call Center, ensuring they are optimized for performance and customer satisfaction.
Business Efficiency & KPIs : Develop and track KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of internal tools and products, focusing on business efficiency, user satisfaction, and operational productivity. Provide regular reporting to leadership on key performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience : 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing a team of product managers and owners.
Technical Proficiency : Solid understanding of Salesforce platform and related integrations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). Familiarity with API integrations, workflows, and reporting tools is preferred.
Business Acumen : Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, working with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Strong focus on business efficiency, process improvement, and measurable outcomes.
Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on delivering business value.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management : Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, managing expectations, and navigating competing priorities.
Project Management : Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing product lifecycles, timelines, and deliverables.

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
Pay Range:
$144,165.00-$216,300.00 Annual
