This is a hybrid role based out of our Lincolnshire office 2-3 days per week. Saturday shift 10am-2pm required

Job Description

Transport & Logistics Team

Inventory Coordinator

The Transport and Logistics team at Camping World is at the heart of our daily dealership operations, working with nearly 200 locations nationwide. We’re looking to add a member to our team who is adaptable, able to prioritize tasks and ready to hit the ground running. Administrative or accounting experience is a plus, and excellent communication skills are a must.

Job Functions:

-Update inventory in our internal system and communicate transfers with floor plan holder.

-Reconcile information submitted to floor plan holder with our internal system for daily bank approvals for our nationwide network of dealerships.

-Research pending bank approval queries for data analytics department.

-Stock in new inventory

-Communicate with dealership personnel regarding inventory updates

-Place shipping orders with transport company.

-Track shipping orders and communicate with dealerships regarding requested shipments.

Skills Needed:

-Applicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail oriented

-Intermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 key pad and typing skills needed

-Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule

-Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessary.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands.
