Camping World is now hiring a Marketing Manager for our Media Services group. This role will be based at our Lincolnshire, IL corporate headquarters.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns across dealership accounts in multiple markets: Executing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, updating calendars and reconciling invoices.

  • Monitor and coordinate marketing plan and execute marketing programs as approved. Advise on alternative courses of action using available analyses and advise/recommend strategies in order to improve file size growth and customer retention rate.

  • Proofread artwork, work directly with art department and client to facilitate changes, maintain deadlines and see project through to completion.

  • Use available marketing data to provide feedback, then adapt to achieve short-and long-range objectives.

  • Maintain and report statistics on monthly campaigns, segment and offer tests, and marketing channel and promotion/campaign results.

  • Facilitate the creative process, including submitting work requests, reviewing changes, and routing for approval for direct mail, email, print ads, radio, television and marketing collateral.

  • Actively participate in annual planning, budgeting and monthly budget variance analysis.

  • Plan meetings, events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating needed marketing materials.

  • Maintain brand integrity by enforcing and maintaining brand usage guidelines.

Essential Job Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing

  • Ability to interpret and communicate sales and marketing data

  • Demonstrate good judgment, as well as effective problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-up and organizational skills

  • Strong written and oral communication abilities required

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential, as this position frequently handles tasks that involve significant process administration and follow-up

  • Enjoy working with people in a collaborative team environment

  • Dependable team player willing to exceed expectations and grow with the business
