Job Title: Senior Director, Salesforce - IT

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dynamic Salesforce team, overseeing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

  • Utilize 15 years of extensive experience in Salesforce to provide strategic direction and hands-on expertise in the implementation of Salesforce products and solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project statuses, timelines, and potential risks.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, mentorship, and collaboration within the Salesforce team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing Salesforce teams in complex, enterprise-level environments.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, with the ability to architect and implement scalable solutions.

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, integrations, and customization capabilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
