Our Quality Control Specialists play a critical role in achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction by ensuring RV repairs and installations are successfully completed with a focus on quality.
Essential Job Duties:
Verify the repair made to RV is working according to the customer complaint.
Verify the accessory installation is working as designed per product vendor.
Ensure protective materials are being used to protect RV interior on every unit.
Verify that the model and serial numbers are documented on repair orders for new appliance installations or on appliance warranty repairs.
Communicate inspection status with appropriate personnel.
Ensure the work area where the RV repair or accessory installation was performed is clean before returning RV to end customer.
Document inspection findings on Quality Assurance Inspection form.
Perform other essential duties as assigned
Essential Job Skills:
RV service experience preferred.
Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience preferred.
Must possess a strong attention to detail.
Excellent organization and follow up skills required.
Able to follow department procedures and policies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
