Camping World Director of Salesforce in Virtual, Texas

The Director of Salesforce will lead high performing Salesforce teams in a dynamic environment, contributing to the organization’s success through innovative solutions and strategic leadership. This role involves collaborating with other departments to integrate various systems and technologies in ensuring the successful deployment of salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic vision to effectively manage and execute initiatives using Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dynamic Salesforce team, overseeing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce strategy that aligns with the organization's short and long-term business objectives

  • Managing and mentoring a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and the benefit they could provide the organization

  • Liaise with Salesforce and third-party vendors to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved

  • Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to advance Salesforce capabilities and drive innovation

  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem and across the organization

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing Salesforce teams to serve multiple business lines within an enterprise-level environment

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices with the ability to architect and implement scalable solutions

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, integrations, and customization capabilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or Salesforce certifications are a plus

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$151,100.00-$226,700.00 Annual
